Four and a half years ago, Wolfgang Oehm, founder and CEO of ONI Wärmetrafo GmbH, launched a widely acclaimed initiative to provide ten young refugees with apprenticeships. They were part of a group of 50 refugees for whom the company had funded language courses. Now all ten have successfully completed their training and received word from Wolfgang Oehm that he will hire them all, just as he had promised at the outset.
