Founded in the early 1980s, ONI has been writing a success story for four decades now. From humble beginnings, the company has grown into a business with more than 485 employees, earning global recognition and awards for its energy-saving system solutions as well as for its corporate performance. Today, more than 6,400 customers in over 70 countries worldwide—ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to global corporations—rely on energy-saving technology from ONI.
With forward-looking system solutions, we have become a leading company in the industry. Today, our energy-efficient, high-quality solutions are used by everyone from small and medium-sized businesses to global corporations. Our product range spans from refrigeration technology to heat recovery, as well as HVAC and cleanroom technology, all the way to compressed air supply and machine optimization. From planning through to turnkey handover, our customers receive all services from a single source—with the clear commitment to ensuring their satisfaction at all times.

ONI Worldwide
ONI has production facilities in Germany and China. Since its founding in the early 1980s, the company has been headquartered in Lindlar (North Rhine-Westphalia) and is continuously expanding. ONI Temperiertechnik Rhytemper GmbH is based in Großröhrsdorf (near Dresden). Here, too, there is a constant need for expansion. In 2017, a branch office was opened in China under the name ONI Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. Sales, production, and assembly for the greater Asian region are handled from this location.

Our focus is on the plastics industry, metal processing, metalworking and finishing, the food industry, medical technology, the chemical industry, and automotive suppliers. Together with our customers, we develop solutions based on ONI standards. Optimizing system technology with regard to energy savings and environmental protection is always our top priority.
