We design and build on-site or containerized compressed air systems for customers across a wide range of industries, featuring either single compressors or compressor cascades in air-cooled or water-cooled configurations. In addition, we design and supply the necessary recooling systems, supply and exhaust air systems, as well as heat recovery systems to utilize the free waste heat.

Integration of heat recovery

The use of free waste heat through heat recovery significantly improves energy efficiency. This is a factor that should not be underestimated, particularly in light of the requirement for continuous improvement in energy efficiency following the implementation of an energy audit in accordance with DIN EN 16247 or an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001. For utilizing free waste heat through heat recovery, we supply various heating systems—from air-source to underfloor heating—that provide adequate heating with flow temperatures of 35 °C. In addition, we offer hygienically safe drinking water systems, typically as part of comprehensive project solutions.
