Refrigeration Systems: Reduce Energy Costs with Innovative, Energy-Efficient Refrigeration Technology
Since the operating costs of cooling and refrigeration systems amount to many times the initial investment costs over their service life, and given that energy costs are expected to continue rising, energy optimization is our top priority. For example, when selecting system components such as pumps or cooling units, we pay particular attention to their energy efficiency. In addition, the systems are optimized in terms of fluid dynamics to minimize the energy requirements of pumps. A process-optimizing control system also ensures that the interaction of all system components is organized in the best possible way.
Both economic and ecological benefits are derived from this holistic system optimization.

Decades of experience in all areas of energy supply and process engineering go into the development and optimization of the cooling systems we design and build. Our customers benefit from continuously optimized system technology that offers the highest possible reliability at an affordable price. Every cooling or refrigeration system we design is individually tailored to our customers’ requirements and optimized for energy efficiency. Following a detailed on-site system analysis, our experts develop a system concept that takes specific operational requirements into account. In such a concept, air coolers, cooling towers, and chillers can be integrated and combined into a unified system.
Industrial refrigeration system with a capacity of 150,000 kW for a chemical plant in Kazakhstan
We supply a wide variety of industrial sectors with our cooling and refrigeration systems. Our customers include plastics and metal processors, as well as companies in fields such as plastic injection molding, extrusion, hardening shops, foundries, profile manufacturers, metal forming, heat treatment, automotive manufacturers, chemical plants, food processing, and others.
With a capacity range from 5 kW to 150,000 kW per cooling unit, we can meet virtually any requirement. To provide assistance in emergencies and during supply shortages, we maintain a large fleet of rental equipment. This enables us to replace capacities of up to 2,000 kW using large-scale refrigeration units in a single system.
