WGZ Bank, the central bank for the Volksbanks and Raiffeisenbanks, and the WAZ Media Group have awarded the "Initiativpreis NRW" for the fifth time.
Second place in the category "New jobs in NRW" was taken by ONI-Wärmetrafo GmbH in Lindlar. Between 2008 and 2012, Oehm hired 103 new employees - an increase of 51 percent. Part of the company philosophy is that ONI gives young people with a migrant background, aborted training in other companies and health restrictions a chance. Around 150 employees came to the company, who were unemployed and older than 50 before hiring them.
