3. Data processing activities on the website

I. Provision of the website

1. Description of the data processing

With the mere informational use of our website, we will only collect the personal data, which your browser transmits to our server when calling our website:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of the server request,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • the browser used and the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. A storage of these data together with other personal data of the user will not take place. The anonymous data of the server logfiles are stored separately from all personal data entered by a relevant person.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S.1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to display the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session.
The data is stored in log files in order to ensure the functionality of the website. The data is also used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.
These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the achievement of the purpose of their collection. In the event of the entry of the data for the provision of the website, this is the case if the respective session is ended, i.e. if you leave our website.
