Since its foundation the specialist for energy saving from Lindlar has grown continually. In 2006 and 2007 the highest growth rates of the company’s history can be recorded with values of up to 40%. A lot of new jobs has been created. In this year alone, more than 30 new employees have been hired. For his excellent entrepreneurial achievement the managing director, Wolfgang Oehm, was honoured with the Gread Award of the small/medium-sized companies in an entrepreneurial competition.

Waste heat becomes cost-free heating power

In many plants waste heat from cooling circuits or production processes is "disposed of" to the environment at high expenses today. This waste heat can be utilized through ONI technology. For example, in industries processing plastics and metal. Here, hydraulics cooling circuits provide water temperatures which can be used for heating purposes by ONI heat recovery systems. To this effect, the system technology requires water temperatures of only 35° C! Thus, waste heat is used to provide cost-free heating power for heating production and storage halls or offices.

The ONI heat recovery system uses waste heat to replace expensive gas or fuel oil. In addition, the costs for the "disposal" of waste heat, e.g. via cooling towers, are considerably reduced. ONI heat recovery helps you save as twice as much.

If an energy-saving project is externally financed by plant leasing, the saved energy costs will exceed the financing rate. Thus, you obtain a new plant, finance the leasing rate via saved energy and use the saved surplus for buying production machines.
