During this days Wolfgang Oehm, head of the Niederhabbach company ONI Wärmetrafo GmbH, received two awards at the same time.

Since its foundation the specialist for energy saving from Lindlar has grown continually. In 2006 and 2007 the highest growth rates of the company’s history can be recorded with values of up to 40%. A lot of new jobs has been created. In this year alone, more than 30 new employees have been hired. For his excellent entrepreneurial achievement the managing director, Wolfgang Oehm, was honoured with the Gread Award of the small/medium-sized companies in an entrepreneurial competition.

With the nomination to be a finalist in the "industry" category Ernst & Young honours the entrepreneurial achievements of Wolfgang Oehm, the managing partner.

Reduce cycle times, cut unit costs!

The unit costs of injection moulding articles are mainly determined by temperature control. Traditional fl ow temperature control systems extend cycle times unnecessarily and do not allow the product quality to be monitored. However, RHYTEMPER temperature control systems minimize the cycle times and monitor the production process permanently. In practical work reductions in cycle times of 18 % are achieved on an average. In some cases up to 40 % are achieved.
